      Posh Paint Company came to fruition in October of 2023. I had worked for nearly 5 years in the flood restoration industry, with many opportunities to learn and grow. I have had some pretty great people teach me the ropes and help shape me into the tradeswoman I am today ! Among my passion for working in construction, painting quickly became my favorite. Painting has a way of bringing out my creativity, and helping me feel inspired time and time again. 

      Leaving the flood restoration industry was not something I planned. I've always envisioned myself pumping water, doing demo, followed by refit, in that pattern for years to come. And, I was happy about it ! I've worked in Hospitals, Universities, Malls, and all sorts of places. Though that was part of the excitement and adventure, I'm quite content "refreshing" the homes that people live in. The place where so many memories are made. There's something special about working in the residential field that you can't get anywhere else. Working one on one with clients to make their vision come to life, is a great feeling.

     Leaving the flood restoration industry was something that happened organically. It started by giving my Dad's house a "make-over", then my Mom's, and so on and so forth. Eventually, I had a lot of support to pursue this endeavor ! I could have never envisioned this being part of my story, but I'm glad it was part of the plan. 

     Launching Posh Paint Co. was a dream come true. A dream that consisted of a lot of dedication and hard work. Selfless decisions, and long days, but it was so very worth it. I have a reaped what I sowed, and in return have grown a large support system and community. I like to brag and tell people I have the BEST clients, because its true.
