When booking a patch and paint service, you can expect :

- Patching x 2 coats minimum

- Sanding with complimentary clean-up

- Painting x 2 coats minimum

When including this service, you can expect :

- Complimentary caulking, nail filling and minor repairs

- Painting x 2 coats minimum

When booking this service, you can expect:

- Remove and replace old drywall

- Tape & 3x coats of mud

- Sand & Prime

- Touch-ups if necessary

- Post-Construction cleaning

When booking a drywall finsinshings service, you can expect :

- Complimentary pre-check, which includes making sure all the screws are holding, and any imperfections with the drywall are sorted out

- Tape and 3x coats of mud, including any corner beads etc.

- Sand & Prime

- Post- Construction clean-up

- Complimentary touchups for anything that doesn't meet your standards

When booking a stipple ceiling removal, you can expect:

- Moving and protecting all contents with plastic

- Removing the stipple with a vacuum sander

- Minimum 2x coats of mud

- Sand & prime, including cleaning up

- Complimentary touchups

- Paint x2 coats minimum on ceiling

- Paint x 2 coats minimum on walls (recommended ) 

When booking this service, you can expect:

- Move and protect all contents with plastic

- Scrape affected area to remove any loose stipple

- If necessary, remove and replace drywall of the affect area

- Tape ( if applicable ), and give a minimum of 2 coats of mud.

- Light sand,and prime, as well as stain blocker if necessary

- Tape off a "containment" area to preform the re-spray of the stipple, blending the old with the new

- Paint x 2 minimum on the ceiling

- Paint x 2 coats on the walls (reccomended)
